A concealed pivot hinge set with height and width adjustment. The current 4131-021 configuration has a 0 mm offset and a published 100 kg load.

Product architecture

2D concealed pivot & 0 mm offset

Concealment depends on the complete door geometry. Developed primarily for compatible uPVC systems, the 0 mm offset is naturally suited to flush arrangements; selected rebated applications require a profile review.

Two-direction adjustment

Hex-screw adjustment provides ±2 mm in height and width.

Profile-dependent fit

Check the fixing envelope, offset and opening relationship before specification.

Associated dog bolt

The released drawing identifies 4132-021 with the 4131-021 set.
